This is a trip down memory lane for me. I cared much more about wrestling at that place and time in Omaha than on anything that I was supposed to be learning in school. One night I was able to get Doctor X to give me his autograph, which I still have, by the way. I watched wrestling every Monday night on Omaha TV. Then on Saturday was off to the Civic Center. Those were simplier times. My favorite wrestler was Mitsu Arakawa. He played the villian to Vern’s mister nice guy. As for me, I liked the villians. Thans for this article.
